Job summary

SODEXO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Executive to lead technical management and operations of M&E systems on client premises in Singapore. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contracts and safety standards.

You will manage third-party contractors, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in efficiency while maintaining compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities engineering experience in FM/IFM environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple third-party vendors and contractors.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, generators/UPS, and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services and M&E systems.
• Supervise contractors to meet maintenance SLAs and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present maintenance reports and updates to the client.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client policies.
• Drive continuous improvement for system reliability and energy efficiency.
• Support safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Education

Engineering degree (Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services)
