Job summary

Sodexo Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Executive to manage the technical performance, operation and maintenance of hard services on client premises. The role requires hands-on expertise in M&E systems, contractor management, and delivering service with safety and regulatory compliance.

In this position you will lead vendor coordination, monitor performance, and drive improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency while ensuring statutory adherence and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/building services engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities engineering experience in FM/IFM or service provider.
• Proven experience managing hard services and coordinating multiple vendors.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, generators, UPS and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of building services and M&E systems to meet SLAs.
• Supervise third‑party contractors, review safety compliance, and performance.
• Coordinate activities to minimise disruptions and ensure on-time maintenance.
• Maintain documentation, permits, risk assessments and reports for the client.
• Support energy savings, continuous improvement, and lifecycle asset management.
