Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee a wide range of IR operational areas, including Casino, Hotel, MICE, F&B, and related MEP systems. The role focuses on strategy, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement through data analytics.

You will coordinate across departments, manage capital projects, and develop energy conservation initiatives to enhance asset performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or Facilities Management.
• Professional qualification related to the fields is an advantage.
• Candidates with adequate experience in similar positions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities section to maintain IR facilities (Casino, Hotel, MICE, F&B, Entertainment and related systems).
• Support Directors in establishing strategies and plans for the team.
• Plan and implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs per guidelines.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and authorities.
• Coordinate with departments and stakeholders for operations and project activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using new technologies and data analysis.
• Implement fire safety management programs and energy conservation initiatives.
• Manage asset inventory, PM/CM programs, and life-cycle considerations.
• Oversee capital projects, tenders, and project hand-overs.
• Plan OPEX/CAPEX budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
