Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore seeks a capable maintenance operations supervisor to oversee daily activities, toolbox meetings, emergency response, and site inspections.

You will plan maintenance schedules, coordinate with service partners, prepare proposals and reports, supervise contractors, and lead safety initiatives to ensure compliance and quality. MBWA programs and defect rectification are part of the role.

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities, including toolbox meetings, emergency response, and site inspections.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with service partners, and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Prepare proposals, costings, and reports for corrective maintenance, construction works, and equipment installations.
• Supervise contractors and certify work completion, maintain inventory records, licenses, and legal documentation.
• Lead safety initiatives and inspections, including MBWA programs, defect rectification, and compliance certifications.
