Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the Facilities Management department, overseeing the operations of buildings, plant, and equipment in a hospital setting.

You will manage preventive maintenance, plan upgrades, and coordinate with contractors, architects, and authorities to ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence. Strong PM, AutoCAD/BIM skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Estate / Facility Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance and managing contractors is preferred.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of regulatory standards and Code of Practices.
• Project management and software drafting skills, i.e. AutoCAD, BIM.
• Contract drafting, evaluation and administration.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and directs programmes to maintain buildings, equipment and grounds with preventive maintenance schedules.
• Directs operations of facilities and systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manages logistics robotic systems, minor A&A works, and testing & commissioning for handover of renovated facilities, and supports digitalisation initiatives.
• Provides technical assistance to CGH administrators and staff in defining engineering requirements.
• Monitors work plans to meet hospital mission and quality targets.
• Coordinates construction with contractors, architects, engineers and authorities.
• Supports inspection and acceptance activities related to new construction.
• Ensures timely, quality, budget-conscious project completion.
• Monitors contracted services for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Attends and coordinates Facilities Planning meetings as needed.
• Assists in FM during emergencies (infectious disease outbreaks, civil disasters).
• Works under broad guidelines and established policies.
