Job summary

YKK AP SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to assist and support the PM/APM and Construction Manager in supervising day-to-day site execution. You will oversee installation works, manage site labor and subcontractors, and ensure strict quality control and safety compliance on-site.

Diploma / Certificate in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in facade or glazing projects.
Ability to read and interpret facade/shop drawings and structural details.
Strong site leadership and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facade installation works for aluminium, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems.
Coordinate subcontractor manpower, material handling, and onsite logistics.
Perform initial QA/QC checks against shop drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks / RA & SWP compliance.
Maintain daily site logs and assist progress reporting to PM/APM.
