Job summary

GTM ALUMINIUM PTE LTD is seeking a site supervisor to oversee metal and facade projects in Singapore. You will work closely with the Project Manager to manage projects, monitor daily progress, and allocate manpower effectively.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in metal and facade works, with safety certifications (BCSS, Work-At-Height for Supervisors). You will attend various project meetings and ensure QA/QC compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in metal works and facade works.
• Possess safety certification in BCSS, Work-At-Height for Supervisors.
• Able to work under fast-paced / stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.
• Monitor project daily process and progress and report to Project Manager.
• Manage, schedule, keep track of site progress for manpower allocation.
• Attend site meetings, co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings, internal project meetings.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Ensure all sub-contractors are safety inducted and issued with pass before commencement of work.
• Resolve site problems proactively in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters.
• Co-ordinate daily activities of workers' duties and ensure that they are performed in a proper manner.
• Keep proper record and documentation.
