AVA FACADE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking quantity surveying professionals across various seniorities to manage commercial contracts for facade construction projects.

Managers will be considered for senior roles, while juniors are welcome and will receive comprehensive training. A deep technical understanding of architectural and engineering plans is essential. Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven construction QS experience for Senior/Managerial roles, with hands-on experience in facade construction or facade contracting works
• Junior candidates may apply and will receive comprehensive training
• Immediate ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and facade shop drawings
• Proficiency in QS measurement software (e.g., Cubicost, AutoCAD, or similar tools) is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with Singapore public/private construction standard forms of contract and tendering procedures

Responsabilidades

• Oversee or assist with project budget estimation, cost planning, cash flow forecasting, and final account settlements
• Conduct detailed, accurate material take-offs and measurements from project blueprints
• Read, interpret, and accurately analyze architectural drawings, structural blueprints, shop drawings, and facade specifications
• Identify discrepancies or gaps between technical drawings and contract terms to mitigate financial risks
• Participate in or lead the comprehensive tendering process from inception to award
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on drawing interpretations and project requirements
• Evaluate sub-contractor quotations, perform cost comparisons, and draft clear award recommendations
• Review, negotiate, and manage main contracts and subcontracts to ensure strict compliance with company standards
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders, claims, and disputes with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Directors, and external consultants to ensure projects remain commercially viable and aligned with financial targets
