Job summary

rich construction company pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a façade design lead responsible for finalizing designs and producing shop drawings for facades on challenging projects.

You will coordinate with sub-contractors, clients and façade consultants to ensure design integrity and timely delivery. Five years of relevant experience and a degree are required, with strong knowledge of façade trades and installation management.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years relevant experience, preferably in mix-development or hospital project.
• Good technical knowledge of façade trades.

Responsibilities

• Working Hours:5-day work week, or 6-day with alternate Saturdays off, with overtime allowance provided for work beyond regular working hours, subject to project requirements.
