Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to oversee two or more F&B outlets in Singapore. You will direct daily operations, monitor sales and costs, and ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are met.

The role requires leadership, rostering, performance reviews, and hands-on support during peak periods to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. If you have 4+ years in F&B and 2+ years in management, you may fit well.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Restaurant Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two or more F&B outlets.
• Monitor sales, P&L, food costs, labor costs and wastage.
• Manage staff scheduling, rostering and manpower planning.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance.
• Manage inventory, ordering, suppliers and stock levels.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency, food preparation and service standards.
• Train and develop service and kitchen staff.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and handle staff issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a good customer experience.
