Job summary

SHIOK BURGER is seeking a detail oriented Senior / Finance Executive to support financial reporting, cost control and performance analysis across our outlets. You’ll track food and labour costs, help keep GST compliant and assist with audits.

Fresh graduates are welcome; hands-on training and room to grow are provided. Senior candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Finance Executive role, with the opportunity to shape our finance function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in F&B, restaurants, catering or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Xero is an advantage, and we’ll provide training.
• Strong attention to detail, a good grasp of numbers and a willingness to learn.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, on time.
• Analyse costs, sales and profitability, and share what you find.
• Prepare and present financial KPIs to support planning and day-to-day decisions.
• Manage food and beverage cost control, including inventory and waste.
• Monitor payroll, overtime and manpower allocation to keep labour costs efficient.
• Prepare financial forecasts in line with company goals.
• Make sure GST is reported accurately and filed on time.
• Work with auditors and support the annual audit.
• Maintain our accounting systems so the data stays accurate.
• Work with operations and other teams to improve financial processes and results.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as needed.
