The ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive search, a proven track record with Senior Director/VP/C-suite roles, and strong leadership in recruiting governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in executive search—either in-house, from a top-tier search firm, or a combination of both.
• Strong track record managing senior-level searches (Senior Director / VP / C-Suite).
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams with executive hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end executive recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for G-level positions.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership on executive hiring needs and governance.
