Job summary

re-zoo-me in Singapore seeks an SAP S/4HANA Finance specialist to lead and support finance transformation initiatives across AR, AP, GL, and fixed assets, including lease accounting.

You will collaborate with Voyage accounting teams and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) to ensure accurate financial postings, reconciliations, and successful data migration, while delivering SIT/UAT and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years' experience in SAP implementation, business analysis, or IT project delivery.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of P2P, Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy industries preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, functional specifications, and UAT.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and post-go-live support of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Assist in the integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), supporting voyage accounting, financial postings, reconciliations, and issue resolution activities.
• Analyze, document, and support the enhancement of business processes across finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting functions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions that support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting needs.
• Work closely with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to understand, validate, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to support project delivery and operational activities.
• Support project planning and execution activities, including milestone tracking, issue management, risk identification, and workstream coordination.
• Configure, test, and document SAP solutions in accordance with business and operational requirements.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation activities.
• Support data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Assist with go-live readiness, cutover activities, end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Monitor and follow up on vendor deliverables and support timely resolution of issues in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, user guides, and training materials as required.
• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot functional issues raised by business users.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years' experience in SAP implementation, business analysis, or IT project delivery.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of P2P, Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy industries preferred.
