Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance specialist to lead implementation and post-go-live support across AR, AP, GL, lease accounting and fixed assets in Singapore. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.

The role involves integration with Veson IMOS Platform, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations across AR, AP, GL, lease accounting and fixed assets.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Familiar with UAT/SIT, data migration, and end-user training in multi-site environments.
• Experience in shipping/logistics/energy sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance module implementation and post-go-live support (AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets).
• Assist integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform for voyage accounting and postings.
• Document and optimize business processes across finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting.
• Translate requirements into functional specs to meet revenue recognition and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, partners, and vendors to deliver projects and operations.
• Support project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Configure, test, and document SAP solutions per business needs; participate in SIT/UAT.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and go-live readiness activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation and post-go-live support of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Assist in the integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), supporting voyage accounting, financial postings, reconciliations, and issue resolution activities.
• Analyze, document, and support the enhancement of business processes across finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting functions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions that support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting needs.
• Work closely with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to understand, validate, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors to support project delivery and operational activities.
• Support project planning and execution activities, including milestone tracking, issue management, risk identification, and workstream coordination.
• Configure, test, and document SAP solutions in accordance with business and operational requirements.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation activities.
• Support data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Assist with go-live readiness, cutover activities, end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Monitor and follow up on vendor deliverables and support timely resolution of issues in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, user guides, and training materials as required.
• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot functional issues raised by business users.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years' experience in SAP implementation, business analysis, or IT project delivery.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of P2P, Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy industries preferred.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, functional specifications, and UAT.
• Experience delivering solutions across complex, multi-site environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
