Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a DX Strategy & Application Solution Senior Executive to support SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing operations in Finance, including integration with Veson VIP.

The role partners with stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery across design, go-live, and hypercare support. Candidates should have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in Finance modules and a degree in IT, CS, accounting or finance, with 2–6 years in enterprise projects,

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
• 2-6 years hands-on experience in enterprise application implementation, business analysis, or IT project management.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and post-implementation support, with strong functional knowledge in Finance modules.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets), from design through go-live and post-go-live operational support.
• Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes related to accounting, commercial operations, and voyage accounting. Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs to support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
• Engage Finance and Commercial stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions aligned to business needs.
• Support data migration activities, define validation rules, and ensure data accuracy across systems. Contribute to go-live planning, user training, and hypercare support to ensure smooth transition.
• Liaise with vendor regarding the deliverables against agreed service levels and drive resolution of open issues within contracted timelines.

Job Purpose/ Overview

The DX Strategy & Application Solution Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the successful implementation, operational support, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA. This position requires a hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation support experience, particularly in the Finance domain and integration with Veson IMOS Platform (VIP). The role will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to play a key role in solution delivery.

Job Description:

SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Operational Support

• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets), from design through go-live and post-go-live operational support.

Business Process Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application implementation, business analysis, or IT project management, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and post implementation support, with strong functional knowledge in AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting and Fixed Asset.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in chemical tanker operations, energy transportation, or dry bulk operations including voyage accounting, procurement-to-pay, and financial reporting workflows is a plus.
