Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation for AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting and Fixed Assets in Singapore. You will coordinate SIT/UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support, while aligning SAP solutions with business needs across finance and voyage accounting.

The role requires 4–10 years of SAP experience, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of maritime logistics processes; PM/Agile certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years' experience in SAP implementation, business analysis, or IT project delivery.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of P2P, Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy industries preferred.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets).
• Ensure integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) for voyage accounting and reconciliations.
• Analyze, document, and optimize finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions supporting revenue recognition and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to validate and prioritize requirements.
• Act as liaison between business users, IT, partners, and vendors.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA programme, including milestones, risk management, and workstreams.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead SIT and UAT activities; support data migration and cutover planning.
• Contribute to go-live readiness, user training, and hypercare support.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely deliverables.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and Veson IMOS Platform (VIP), supporting voyage accounting, financial postings, and reconciliations.
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across finance, commercial operations, and voyage accounting.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions that support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering the SAP S/4HANA programme, including milestone tracking, risk management, and workstream coordination.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions to ensure alignment with business and operational requirements.
• Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support data migration planning and execution, including data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Contribute to go-live readiness activities, user training, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring deliverables are completed in accordance with agreed timelines and service levels.
• Drive issue resolution and manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 to 10 years' experience in SAP implementation, business analysis, or IT project delivery.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting).
• Strong knowledge of P2P, Voyage Accounting, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experience in shipping, maritime, logistics, transportation, or energy industries preferred.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, functional specifications, and UAT.
• Experience delivering solutions across complex, multi-site environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
