Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance Functional Senior Executive to lead the Finance modules implementation, including AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting and Fixed Assets. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage functional workstreams, and ensure successful go-live with VIP integration.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate SIT/UAT and data migration across multiple sites within the maritime sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• 4–10 years hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting and Fixed Asset.
• Experience in maritime/shipping industry preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation for Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets).
• Ensure integration with Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) for voyage accounting and postings.
• Analyze and optimize business processes; translate requirements into functional designs.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and validate data migration readiness.
• Support project management, risk tracking and milestone delivery.
• Engage stakeholders and manage vendor deliverables within timelines.
