Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking a Higher Executive - Secured Logistics to drive development and execution of operational policies for the Warehouse, ensuring optimal storage and data-driven decisions to boost productivity.

In this role, you will coordinate transport operations, lead improvements with stakeholders, and implement quality management standards to raise efficiency and reliability across the warehouse network.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/WMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities.
• Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation.
• Adhere to organisation’s governance, compliance issues and reporting processes.
• Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders.
• Communicate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals.
• Review latest technology trends for adoption application to logistics business.
• Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to design and implement technology projects.
• Coordinate overall transportation operations.
• Develop transport risk management plans to improve process of transport execution.
• Execute warehouse operations performance goals using quality management knowledge.
• Develop warehousing standards for quality management systems.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Procurement / Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent certifications
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
