Job summary

Ajinomoto Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT professional to support and manage the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and end-user services. You will ensure reliable, secure IT operations aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include ERP administration (SAP Business One), IT infrastructure management, security controls, data protection, DR/BC planning and driving digitalisation initiatives with Power BI

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational company or regional business environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity.
• Experience coordinating IT vendors, managing IT projects and supporting digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer ERP and business applications to ensure stable system performance and operations.
• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and monitor security controls for information assets.
• Support PDPA compliance, data protection practices and audit documentation.
• Lead backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to digitise processes with automation and AI initiatives.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance business insights.
• Coordinate IT projects with vendors and HQ teams from planning through delivery.
• Assist in IT budgeting, procurement and asset management.
• Provide user support, training and maintain technical documentation.

Position Purpose

Tosupport and manage the Company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications,cybersecurity, digitalisation initiatives and end-user services, ensuringreliable, secure and efficient IT operations that support business objectiveswhile complying with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

ERP& Business Applications

Administerand support SAP Business One and other business applications to ensure stablesystem performance and effective business operations. Manage user access,troubleshoot system issues, coordinate system enhancements, upgrades andtesting, maintain master data integrity, and liaise with vendors and HQ onapplication support and continuous improvements.

ITInfrastructure & Operations

Managethe day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Company's IT infrastructure,including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions andend-user devices. Ensure systems are properly maintained; IT assets areaccurately tracked and work closely with external vendors to provide reliableand efficient IT services.

Cybersecurity& Information Security

Implementand maintain appropriate cybersecurity measures to safeguard the Company'sinformation assets. Support security monitoring, patch management, identity andaccess management, vulnerability remediation, incident response and userawareness programmes while ensuring compliance with HQ security standards andapplicable regulations.

DataProtection & Compliance

Supportthe Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), internalpolicies and information security requirements by maintaining appropriateaccess controls, data protection practices and audit documentation, andassisting with compliance reviews and corrective actions.

Backup,Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Managebackup operations and support the maintenance of disaster recovery and businesscontinuity plans to ensure business systems remain recoverable and operational.Participate in periodic testing, recovery exercises and continuous improvementof IT resilience.

Digitalisation& Business Improvement

Identifyand support opportunities to improve business processes through digitaltechnologies, automation and AI initiatives. Work with business users toimplement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and supportthe Company's digital transformation objectives.

DataAnalytics & Reporting

Supportthe development and maintenance of business reports and dashboards usingreporting tools such as Power BI. Assist departments in improving data quality,reporting efficiency and business insights to facilitate informeddecision-making.

ITProjects & Vendor Management

CoordinateIT projects from planning through implementation by working closely withbusiness users, HQ IT teams and external vendors. Manage project timelines,system testing, implementation activities, vendor performance, softwarelicensing and contract administration to ensure successful project delivery.

Budget& Asset Management

Assistin the preparation and monitoring of the annual IT budget, technologyexpenditure and software subscriptions. Support IT procurement activities andmaintain accurate records of IT assets and software licences while identifyingopportunities for cost optimisation.

UserSupport & Training

Provideresponsive IT helpdesk support to end users and conduct system onboarding, usertraining and technology awareness programmes. Develop and maintain user guides,standard operating procedures and technical documentation to promote effectiveadoption of business systems and digital tools.

OtherDuties

Undertakeany other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to timein support of the Company's business operations.

Job Requirements

Education

• Degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a relateddiscipline.

Experience

• Minimum5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational company orregional business environment.
