Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive for ITE to formulate, review and implement policies and processes within construction and estates management. You will drive the upgrade of ITE’s training facilities, from inception to completion, ensuring compliant project delivery.

You will coordinate with contractors and a multidisciplinary team of consultants including Engineers, Architects and landscape professionals, applying strong contract administration skills and attention to detail to meet

Qualifications

• Relevant credentials in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building-related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle contract administration, including variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and final accounts.
• Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement upgrading of ITE’s facilities from inception to completion.
• Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure projects are well-managed and compliant with statutory requirements.
• Manage contractors to ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
