Job Description
  • Coordinate and track facilities service requests (cleaning, repairs, room setups) using our work-order app
  • Support classroom and event space setups, including furniture layout and AV readiness checks
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety issues, and follow through with vendors and central facilities teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and uphold inventory standards (stock checks, reordering, tagging/asset tracking, storage upkeep)
  • Assist with safety and compliance tasks, incident reporting, and housekeeping standards
  • Manage security, key/access card issuance and tracking in line with policy
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders, provide clear updates, and ensure timely completion of works
  • Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and vendor activities; contribute ideas to improve processes and service levels
Qualification and Experience

Education: A relevant Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in facilities management, with exposure to minor A&A, cyclical maintenance, or facilities renewal projects (preferably within office, institutional or government buildings). Experience in the maintenance of M&E services will be an added advantage.

Skills: Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strengths: Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements: Able to walk across campus sites, set up rooms and furniture, and safely lift or move items of up to approximately 15 kg.

Availability: This is an on-site role that may occasionally require early mornings, evenings, or weekend work during peak periods.

(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
