Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Marketing Events Executive to plan and execute membership programs, campaigns, promotions and member events in line with approved plans and timelines. You will support cross-functional projects and help evaluate direct marketing performance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management and project management skills, and willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays. Confidentiality and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Events Management, or a related field.
• Senior Executive position for candidates with more years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in execution of campaigns and events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and execution of membership programs, casino campaigns, promotions, and member events as per approved plans and timelines
• Coordinate and support the execution of member events (e.g., gala dinners, tournaments, performances), ensuring smooth operations, timely vendor management, and adherence to approved budgets and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in the coordination and support of cross-functional business-related projects as required
• Generate reports and analysis for supervisors or managers to evaluate the performance of direct marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, customer experiences, and campaign outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls & service standards

Job Requirements

• Prior relevant experience in execution of campaigns and events or a related field is preferred
• Detail-oriented with good time management and coordination skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays
