Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited invites applications for Senior Executive / Executive Cabin Crew Rostering. You will be part of the Cabin Crew Rostering team in Integrated Crew Operations & Planning, ensuring rosters are fair, accurate, and on time, and aligned with training, network changes and resilience demands.

You will develop rostering strategies using data and scenario analysis, configure rostering systems, and support training across multi-fleet rosters while maintaining regulatory and union

Qualifications

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering or IT.
  • Experience in IT projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, optimise and publish monthly Cabin Crew rosters with fairness, accuracy, quality and timeliness.
  • Develop rostering strategies using data, scenario analysis and rule reviews to balance operational requirements with crew welfare and equity outcomes.
  • Configure, monitor and refine system parameters and logic within Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew Rostering systems to improve roster quality, efficiency and compliance.
  • Plan, support and roster regulatory and service training for existing crew and new cabin crew trainees, ensuring operational qualification across aircraft types and progression for multi-fleet capability.
  • Coordinate timely injection of new crew in support of network growth and operational needs, enabling ease of deployment and strengthening operational resilience.
  • Ensure rostering outputs comply with regulatory requirements and industrial/collective agreements, and maintain strong auditability of rostering decisions and rule application.
  • Respond quickly to network adjustments and aircraft changes to adapt to company's directives and operational requirements.
  • Partner closely with Cabin Crew Division stakeholders and the union on roster-related matters, including policy/rule interpretation, change communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage roster-related enquiries and feedback from crew, addressing concerns on roster outcomes and fairness with clear, timely explanations through crew communications or engagement sessions.
  • Manage a small team of 3 to 4 Associates (redistribution of team members might arise, depending on operational needs).

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Cabin Crew Rostering team within SIA’s Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department. He/She will ensure that the Cabin Crew rosters are accurate, compliant, equitable and delivered on time, while supporting training requirements, network changes and operational resilience through effective use of crew rostering systems and data-driven analysis.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, optimise and publish monthly Cabin Crew rosters, ensuring consistent standards of fairness, accuracy, quality and timeliness. (e.g. fair and accurate distribution of flying hours/allowances).
  • Develop rostering strategies using data, scenario analysis and rule reviews to balance operational requirements with crew welfare and equity outcomes.
  • Configure, monitor and refine system parameters and logic within Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew Rostering systems to improve roster quality, efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • A good degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Information Technology.
