Job summary

National Gallery Singapore seeks a Senior Executive to support Creative Wellbeing programmes within Learning & Outreach. The role focuses on end-to-end programme operations, planning, procurement, vendor management and stakeholder coordination to create meaningful learning experiences for children and youths.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in education, arts and culture, community engagement, social services, youth development, wellbeing, arts-based programmes, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end coordination and delivery of Creative Wellbeing programmes, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, logistics, stakeholder coordination, documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate programme records (agreements, contracts, budgets, purchase orders, participant information, consent) in line with policies and data protection.
• Coordinate communications and deliverables with internal teams and external stakeholders (education facilitators, artists, educators, participants, healthcare professionals, social service practitioners, government agencies).
• Provide support for ad hoc tasks and other learning/outreach programmes.
• Coordinate procurement processes (quotations, approvals, purchase orders, invoices).
• Coordinate surveys, interviews and data-collection for evaluation of programmes; consolidate findings and support improvements.
• Support development of learning resources and engagement strategies for children and youths.
• Contribute ideas to enhance participant experience, accessibility and audience engagement.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments.
