Job summary

ST Engineering Satellite Hub, SG is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Analysis to partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to translate business needs into clear requirements. The role involves elicitation, documentation, testing support, and ensuring traceability across projects.

You will collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure accurate interpretation and effective implementation of changes, with a strong emphasis on analysis and communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system implementation projects.
• Experience in business process analysis, data modelling, and process mapping.
• Proven experience working and managing stakeholder experience with multiple user groups and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify risks or issues early.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with biometric and access control system will be advantageous

• Translate technical concepts and solution designs into business-friendly language to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
• Manage, maintain, and track requirements, including changes, dependencies, assumptions, and traceability.
• Assist in testing activities, including test scenario preparation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect clarification.
• Participate in solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and implementation discussions.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project-related documentation.
