Job summary

nSearch Global, a leading Asia-Pacific organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage stakeholders, capture requirements, and document functional specifications for enterprise applications within a digital transformation program in Singapore.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle, drive agile delivery, and ensure security, governance, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
