Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act on the Deputy Director’s behalf to move College-wide priorities to closure, working with function heads and school administrators.
• Keep governance records and action tracking accurate, and ensure commitments are followed through.
• Coordinate office administration and facilities so the College Office runs without a hitch.
• Support and deliver events, from internal staff functions to high-profile institutional visits.
• Provide office-level safety coordination and handle confidential information with care.
