Job summary

SingHealth Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, OpTech (Projects and Operations) to deliver workplans for Medical Devices and Operation Technology Systems (MDOTS) and EMS, ensuring deployment within schedule and budget.

You will provide critical information for leadership risk decisions affecting hospital operations and medical devices, establish processes to monitor compliance, oversee checks post-implementation, and participate in strategic initiatives as

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, IT Infrastructure and Systems service delivery.
• CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA or COMIT certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in Healthcare IT operations.
• Strong cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT knowledge.
• Excellent project management and design-thinking skills.
• Self-directed with ability to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workplans on MDOTS and EMS projects within schedule and budget.
• Provide information to facilitate leadership decisions on risk to operations and medical devices.

Job Responsibilities

You are required to deliver workplans on Medical Devices and Operation Technology Systems (MDOTS) and EMS (Entity Managed Systems) and ensure successful deployment and operationalisation of new projects within schedule and budget. You will provide essential information to facilitate leadership decisions regarding risk to organisational operations and medical devices across SingHealth. You will establish intra team activities to ensure successful service delivery on business and security obligations. You will establish processes and framework to means to monitor and track compliance and deviations and oversee regular checks to ensure compliance post implementation and during operations. You are required to participate in strategic initiatives or ad-hoc projects when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business, with at least 4 years’ of experience in Project Management, IT Infrastructure and Systems service delivery

Certification in CITPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, COMIT will be advantageous

Experience in Healthcare IT operations

Highly proficient in cybersecurity and IoT/IoMT

Good project management skills with ability to adopt systems design thinking

Self-directed and independent with ability to work under tight timelines
