Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Education Coordinator to support the Head of Department and Clinical Education Leads in delivering high-quality pre-employment clinical education programmes.

You will coordinate activities with students, faculty, clinical departments, and stakeholders, manage programme administration, and contribute to quality improvement efforts to enhance the learning experience.

Job description

You will support the Head of Department and Clinical Education Leads (CELs) in providing a quality learning environment for pre-employment clinical education programmes within the hospital. Working closely with students, faculty members, clinical departments and other stakeholders, you will coordinate clinical education activities, support programme administration and operations, serve as the key point of contact for students posted to the hospital, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements

• Degree, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the public healthcare sector will be advantageous
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, positive and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
