MOH Holdings (Singapore) seeks a meticulous professional to support the evaluation and assessment of variation works for healthcare development projects. The appointee will collaborate with Project Teams to review post-construction submissions and ensure compliance with the Instruction Manual and SOPs.

The role requires reviewing variation documentation, assessing rates, and ensuring proper incorporation into Final Accounts in line with MOHH SOP.

Formación

• Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Engineering / Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying/cost management/procurement/audit in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Government Procurement and possess good experience and knowledge of the PSSCOC.
• Meticulousness, critical thinking, good writing, communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and assess variation works.
• Check and verify quantities of variation works.
• Review supporting documents of variation works such as quotations, drawings and records.
• Assess star rates of variation works to ensure that it is in accordance with MOHH SOP and IM.
• Check Consultants’ assessment of Loss & Expense payments to ensure compliance with PSSCOC and MOHH SOP.
• Ensure all variations and adjustments are properly incorporated into the Final Account in compliance with PSSCOC and MOHH SOP.
• Prepare weekly progress update of the checking of the variation works.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to support the evaluation and assessment of variation works for healthcare development projects implemented by MOH Holdings on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

The appointee will work closely with Project Teams to review submissions in post-construction stage and ensure compliance with Instruction Manual (IM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
