Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable operations analyst to support the implementation, adoption, and compliance of critical operational systems across Service Operations Centres. The role requires conducting workflow observations, audits, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Degree qualification and 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or government sectors with clinical operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, adoption, and compliance of operational systems across Service Operations Centres (SOCs).
• Conduct workflow observations, system utilisation audits, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
• Assist with system enhancements, pilot projects, and rollout initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, job aids, and user guides to support operational excellence and standardisation.
• Gather user feedback, track issues, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters.
• Provide ongoing support for continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects as assigned.
