Job summary

SOOCHOW CSSD Asset Management (Asia) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive operations professional to support a fund management team serving multinational clients, focusing on onboarding and back-office tasks.

You will gather KYC information, facilitate setting up bank and brokerage accounts, and perform general administrative duties in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and discretion. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience providing operational support for fund management or financial institutions.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Organized with good communication skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Singapore fund management team which supports multinational clients in navigating international asset allocation.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding of new clients
• Gather information of clients for KYC by internal compliance and fund administrator
• Setting up and opening bank accounts and brokerage accounts
• Carrying out internal administrative and business support duties
• Performing other administrative duties as necessary

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 years of relevant experience providing operational support for fund management or other financial institution. Major in finance/accounting or related courses will be preferred.
• Computer literate (ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Immediate or short notice preferred
