Job summary

SingHealth Academy seeks a Senior Executive to advance Academic Medicine across Singapore’s largest public healthcare cluster. You will coordinate training programmes and events for staff while co-managing the Academy’s scholarly communication services.

Responsibilities include planning, execution of programmes, managing budgets, supporting editorial boards, and driving process improvements in compliance with SOPs. Strong English and project-management skills are essential.

• Oversee scholarly communication services and coordinate editorial activities.
• Support process improvements and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes and staff events across SingHealth cluster.
• Co-manage Academy's scholarly communication services and editorial boards.
• Monitor revenues/expenses for programmes, analyse evaluations, and report to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement administrative frameworks and standard operating procedures.
