Job summary

SingHealth Academy in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to support academic medicine initiatives across the cluster. You will coordinate staff training programmes and manage events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication stay on track.

You will also co-manage the Academy's scholarly communications services, review manuscripts, support editorial processes, and help develop publicity ideas to raise the journal's visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Project management skills and financial acumen.
• Organised and meticulous with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare topics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and implement programmes and events for stakeholders, maintaining timelines and informing participants and partners.
• Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient delivery and promote promotional strategies and funding applications.
• Take ownership of revenues and expenses for each programme or event and analyse evaluation reports for action.
• Coordinate with support staff and stakeholders for scholarly resources and journal-related activities, including editorial board coordination.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and ensure documentation control and regulatory compliance.
