Job summary

Institute of Technical Education in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive in the Industry-Based Training Division to build strong industry partnerships and support workplace learning programs.

You will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth implementation of training schemes, manage accounts payable/receivable, grants, procurement, budgeting, and data reporting for management insights.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Customer-oriented mindset with responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in data analysis, RPA and AI tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the implementation of training schemes and programmes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring fees charged to training partners
• Administer government grants, including processing disbursements and supporting reporting requirements
• Support procurement processes and overall budget tracking and management
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational and management needs
