Job summary

The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager for the International Office to coordinate international partnerships, programmes and visits. You will work to create meaningful opportunities for ITE students and staff to engage with the world.

You will manage MOUs, plan visits, coordinate overseas trips, track engagements, and report data to management, liaising with government agencies as required.

Qualifications

• Background in international relations, education administration, event management, or a related field.
• Cross-cultural awareness with openness to diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills for wide stakeholder engagement.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITE's network of international partners and MOUs.
• Plan and host visits by international delegations and partners.
• Coordinate overseas trips for management and staff.
• Track student and staff engagements and report to management.
• Liaise with government agencies on international relations matters as required.
