Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore is seeking an energetic Events Sales Executive to drive corporate and social event bookings. You will canvass local clients, build relationships with partners and government agencies, and coordinate pre-event discussions and site inspections to deliver memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in events sales, a diploma in related fields, a strong network, and excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in hospitality, events, business or sales.
• Minimum 2 years experience in events sales and corporate/social segments.
• Strong network of business contacts.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Canvass for sales via cold calls and follow-ups.
• Establish new and enhance existing relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare sales collaterals, quotations and presentations to close deals.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate pre-event discussions and site inspections for events.
• Handle administrative work related to events.
• Update sales databases and leads tracking.
• Collaborate with F&B and BD teams to deliver total customer experience.
• Ensure timely communications per policy.
• Contribute ideas to grow sales and market awareness.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects.
