Job summary

MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a mature events professional to oversee the planning and execution of events, exhibitions and conferences from concept to completion in Singapore. You will manage project timelines, budgets, client communications and on-site delivery.

Coordinate with design, production and operations teams, manage vendors and contractors, monitor costs and risk, ensure venue compliance and safety, and conduct post-event reviews to capture key learnings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events, exhibitions and conferences end-to-end.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and client communications.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of events, exhibitions, and conference projects.
• Develop timelines, schedules, and budgets for on-time delivery.
• Be the main client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams.
• Oversee vendors, suppliers, and contractors for quality and timeliness.
• Oversee on-site setup, event execution, and dismantling.
• Monitor costs and maintain budget control.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize risks and delays.
• Ensure venue compliance and safety regulations.
• Conduct post-event reviews and document learnings.
