Job summary

Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Executive, HTYN House & Event Experience, to oversee day-to-day operations for the House of Tan Yeok Nee and manage the full event cycle from enquiry to booking.

You will coordinate event logistics with vendors, handle booking administration and reporting, and support media-related activities for the House. Reporting to the GCA House Manager, you will ensure events run smoothly, manage admin tasks, and contribute to consolidating House events and

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for event hosts from different Business Units and coordinate their event needs.
Meet event hosts before events to confirm plans, requirements and arrangements.
Conduct site walks and House tours for event hosts and internal stakeholders.
Work with vendors, caterers, decorators, AV suppliers, security and other event partners.
Oversee venue setup, event operations and teardown.
Ensure the House is clean, safe and ready for events.
Support events on-site and handle any operational issues.
Manage visitor flow and avoid clashes between events, tours and other activities.
Coordinate House tours and docent arrangements.
Handle House enquiries and assist visitors and stakeholders.
Coordinate maintenance, inventory and other venue needs.
