Senior Project Manager - Experiential Events (AdrenalinX)

Singapore | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Our team works with government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate partners across Singapore to produce events and engagements that people actually remember. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own how our team delivers. If a Project Director steers the ship and works with leadership on where we are headed, the Senior Project Manager makes sure the work gets there, on time, on budget, and at the standard our clients expect. This is the operational engine of the division. It suits someone who is hands‑on, can independently run and land complex projects, runs a tight delivery operation, and lifts the people around them while doing it.

What You’ll Own

You will own the operational delivery of the team's work, lead our most complex and high‑value projects yourself, and set the standard everyone else delivers to. This role combines senior project ownership, operational leadership across the team, and full commercial accountability.

• Own the operational delivery of the team's projects, keeping work on time, on budget, and to standard across the portfolio
• Lead our most complex and high‑value projects end to end, as the senior point of contract for key client relationships
• Take full commercial ownership of the projects you run, managing a project portfolio of around 1 million including scope, margin, and profitability
• Set, enforce, and continuously tighten the project workflows and delivery processes the wider team works to
• Step in as senior delivery lead when a project is at risk, holding the line on quality and timelines
• Coordinate across creative, production, and vendor teams on the largest and most complex activations
• Contribute to pitches and proposals, and own upsell and renewals on your accounts
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues across the team, anticipating risks before they surface
• Mentor Project Managers and junior team members through the work, raising the quality of delivery across the team

Who Thrives in This Role

• Have at least 7 years of experience in project management, events, or agency environments with a track record of delivering complex projects
• Are genuinely hands‑on, able to independently run and deliver projects end to end
• Run a disciplined delivery operation and hold people to a high standard without losing the room
• Are confident leading senior client relationships and managing multiple stakeholder
• Can hold the big picture and the operational detail at once, without dropping either
• Are commercially sharp, comfortable owning budgets, scope and profitability
• Communicate clearly and keep teams aligned under pressure
• Actively bring new tools and AI into the team's delivery and drive adoption

Experience delivering government events is a particular plus.
