Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer to join the PROCT and ADT teams in Singapore, focusing on the early maturity phase of new products transitioning to high-volume manufacturing.

You will help improve yield, quality, and cost by applying semiconductor process development expertise and hardware/supplier management. Experience with NAND & DRAM integration and applying AI concepts to workflows is required.

Qualifications

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in semiconductor processing areas such as Etch, Films, or Planarization.
• Solid grasp of process control, SPC, and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology Development to align manufacturing roadmap with forward technology path.
• Engage with suppliers and Manufacturing to ensure resources meet objectives.
• Support module, process and hardware optimization for peers and future processes.
• Travel internationally to Micron manufacturing and development sites.
