Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Estimator to collaborate with the sales team and buyers to develop and price turnkey tenders. You will oversee small projects, prepare tender documents, and manage commercial risk to ensure successful bids for HVAC, mechanical, and pipe works in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, Industry.
• Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects.
• Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees of the deployed product.
• Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
• Prepare tender pricing proposals and evaluate bids.
• Attend commercial negotiation meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cash-flow sheets and commercial qualification.
• Understand EPC contractual terms and prepare pricing benchmarks.
