Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Estimator to collaborate with the sales team and buyers, developing price proposals and performance guarantees for implemented products. The role includes overseeing small projects, preparing turnkey tender pricing, and managing tender documentation to secure contracts.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical/HVAC experience, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical, HVAC and general industry projects.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects.
• Excellent communication to non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees for implemented products.
• Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
• Develop and prepare Turnkey Tender pricing proposals.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contractors for HVAC, Mechanical, and Pipe works.
