Responsibilities
- Work with sales team and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees of the implemented/deployed product.
- Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
- Develop and prepare Turnkey Tenders pricing proposals.
- Apply hands‑on experience in Mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom projects in industrial domains, semiconductor, pharma, and data center environments.
- Conduct tender scope review, take off quantities from drawings, prepare bills of quantities, estimate tender costs (unit rate and lump sum).
- Create pricing benchmarks and standardize pricing format.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend suitable contractors for HVAC, mechanical, and pipe works.
- Prepare proposals price forms for submission.
- Prepare commercial qualification.
- Prepare manpower loading.
- Prepare cash‑flow sheets.
- Identify commercial risk and opportunity, understand EPC contractual terms.
- Attend commercial negotiation meetings with customers and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, or industry.
- Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering large‑scale commercial projects successfully.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
