Responsibilities

• Work with sales team and buyers to develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees of the implemented/deployed product.
• Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
• Develop and prepare Turnkey Tenders pricing proposals.
• Apply hands‑on experience in Mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom projects in industrial domains, semiconductor, pharma, and data center environments.
• Conduct tender scope review, take off quantities from drawings, prepare bills of quantities, estimate tender costs (unit rate and lump sum).
• Create pricing benchmarks and standardize pricing format.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend suitable contractors for HVAC, mechanical, and pipe works.
• Prepare proposals price forms for submission.
• Prepare commercial qualification.
• Prepare manpower loading.
• Prepare cash‑flow sheets.
• Identify commercial risk and opportunity, understand EPC contractual terms.
• Attend commercial negotiation meetings with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, or industry.
• Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large‑scale commercial projects successfully.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
