Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd is seeking a Manager, Group Risk to support and enhance the enterprise risk management framework across the Group. The role involves identifying, assessing and monitoring strategic, operational, financial and emerging risks, and delivering independent risk insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• FRM, PRM, CFA is advantageous.
• At least 6 years' experience in enterprise risk management, risk assurance or related areas.
• Experience with risk reviews, assurance reviews or governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of the Group's enterprise risk management framework.
• Facilitate risk assessments and monitor key and emerging risks across units.
• Plan and execute second-line assurance and reviews of controls and practices.
• Develop risk dashboards, KPIs and scenario analyses for governance forums.
• Promote risk ownership and governance across the Group.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance risk identification and reporting.
