Webull Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned dealing professional to ensure accurate equities and options trading execution for clients.

You will proactively handle client enquiries by email and phone and participate in onboarding of new products and platform development, with a strong focus on timely execution. You will understand all business systems, drive a Customer First initiative, engage clients to kickstart their investment journey, and assist with client education

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant dealing experience in equities and options.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• Certifications CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A advantageous.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Independent yet collaborative with resilience under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of equities trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proactively handle clients’ enquiries on trading-related matters.
• Involved in onboarding of new products and platform development.
• Understand all business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Drive a ‘Customer First’ initiative with excellent service standards.
• Engage customers to start their investment journey with Webull.
• Support client education sessions such as webinars and workshops.
• Assist with public-facing touchpoints and media engagement in regulatory compliance.
• Handle trade exceptions and contingency procedures during downtime.
• Any other task as assigned.
