Job summary

Webull Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned equities trading support specialist to ensure accurate and timely order execution for clients in Singapore.

You will proactively handle client inquiries via email and phone, participate in onboarding of new products and platform development, and promote a customer-first service standard across channels while maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A certifications advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of equities/options dealing experience in financial institutions.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate proper execution of equities trades for clients accurately and timely.
• Proactively handle clients’ enquiries (email/phone) on trading-related matters.
• Involved in onboarding of new products and platform development projects.
• Understand all business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Drive a Customer First initiative with timely, appropriate support.
• Engage customers to begin their investment journey with Webull.
• Assist with client education sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Support public-facing touchpoints and media engagement in compliance with guidelines.
• Handle trade exceptions and contingency procedures during downtime.
• Any other task as assigned.
