Job summary

Environmental Control Officer in Singapore seeks an experienced ECO to identify and implement environmental requirements across projects, prepare site reports, and conduct control audits. You will oversee audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations while developing site environmental plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, is registered as ECO, and proficient in MS Office; WSHO qualifications are advantageous and ECM systems familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered ECO.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to lead and oversee workers.
• WSHO qualifications will have an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ECM systems will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement and communicate environmental requirements for projects.
• Prepare Site Environmental Control Reports regularly.
• Conduct environmental control audits, inspections and investigations.
• Participate in project environmental risk assessments and recommend controls.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and develop control plans.
