You will engage with senior executives from day one and ensure momentum of strategic projects. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management within the financial sector, strong communication, executive presence, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, especially large-scale transformations in finance or asset management.
• Demonstrated executive presence with ability to lead meetings and present to senior leaders.
• Proven track record of delivering results independently and on schedule.
• Familiarity with PM tools and data analytics or BI platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level programs and cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units.
• Help improve processes and systematize operations across the firm.
• Support business and strategy development for growth initiatives.
• Provide broad exposure to multiple departments and learning opportunities.
