Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management in Singapore seeks a highly capable Project Manager for the Enterprise Program Management Office to drive large-scale initiatives and support strategic projects.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Investment teams to execute projects, engage with senior executives from day one, and maintain momentum with clear, authoritative communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in project management with large-scale transformation in finance.
• Strong executive presence with written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to deliver results independently.
• Familiar with PM tools (Confluence, Asana, Jira) and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise-level initiatives across functions.
• Drive process improvements and systematization across the business.
• Build out new businesses and growth strategies for the firm.
